Where to find more
  • Ask your school office and PAC about free clubs. Many chess, math and coding clubs run at lunch or after school and are only announced in the school newsletter.
  • In Burnaby and Vancouver, ask your community school coordinator about low-cost after-school programs.
  • Get a free library card. It unlocks online tutoring and coding tools, and library terms start in September, January and April.
  • Full this term? Most programs open again in January. Put a reminder in your calendar for early December.

Know a free program we missed? Tell us about it.
